With all of these ideas that you can cook or bake in the home I’m wondering why people don’t get it done more often!? After all, I get that you might live near an incredible thai restaurant and LIVE for the blueberry muffins from the neighborhood bakery-but when was the last time you made a meal made you feel like a total goddess?
Fortunately for you, I have a 15 minute solution. It needs peaches, french loaf of bread, brie mozzarella cheese, basil, and a little balsamic vinegar.
You’re going to be sexed up.
Seriously After all it.
Alright you should probably understand that I’m a complete romantic. I believe that meals offers total sex appeal that can’t be overlooked. Flipping pancakes for dinner is perfect. The smell of newly baked chocolates chip cookies makes me swoon. Authentic mexican food wins my heart. But putting fresh peaches on pizza? Oh my goodness I cannot even describe it.
But sometimes simplicity is great. Like homemade pizza and one glass of red wine for dinner. I have no idea why but it screams amazing to me.
Now you’re probably scanning this through a pc or some tablet that I’ve never heard of, so I can’t do very much convincing. But I can tell you this: cooking is of interest, pizzas are delicious, and making this for an appetizer (or supper) would be the most sensible thing you’ve done in weeks. And the best part about it? It’s not complicated or fussy – it’s simply delicious!
French loaf of bread toasted to perfection with plenty of creamy brie cheese, ripe peaches, clean basil, and just a little balsamic reduction. Because what’s much better than savoring a meal cooked especially for you? (Well probably devouring 5 of the snow cream cones , in fact.) But that’s aside from the point-the issue is that lots of folks don’t make time to eat, drink, and revel in time with individuals we love.
So single or not – Make pizza, drink wine, take it easy! Get a sexy back.
New Peach, Basil, & Brie Cheese French Bread Pizza
1 french bread loaf (preferably wholegrain), sliced in two, lengthwise
2-3 ripe peaches, pitted and thinly sliced
4 ounces of Brie cheese, thinly sliced (I used goat’s milk brie cheese from Trader Joe’s)
2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil
2 teaspoons essential olive oil, divided
1 cup balsamic vinegar
Preheat oven to 425 levels F.
Place bread on baking sheet and clean olive oil over each fifty percent. Sprinkle with a dash of sodium. Top each fifty percent with brie mozzarella cheese pieces and peaches. Bake for 10 minutes. Broil for 30 secs until mozzarella cheese gets a tiny bit brownish and bubbly.
Place vinegar in a little saucepan more than medium-high heat; cook until reduced to 2 tablespoons (about five minutes).
Drizzle balsamic reduction evenly more than pizza and top with basil. Cut pizza into wedges and serve.
